Return Policy

All services offered by RCL Group are undertaken only after extensive project analysis, which ensures a complete understanding of the scope of work and minimizes the possibility of project cancellation, reversal, or dispute. In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the liberty to request a refund from Us. Our policy for refunds is as follows.

  • All projects are accepted after complete analysis and creation of a scope document, so that the participating teams have an understanding of the work needed to be done, eliminating possibilities of a project cancellation/reversal/dispute.
  • RCL Group and the Clientele realize the fact that there is work involved in completing every module of the project and refund would not be possible for the work that has already been completed.
  • We make sure that in case of a project termination on a mutual basis, the client has control of all the work done till that date and the money, if paid for further development, is returned.
  • We also respect a decision made by a client to work with a different provider within 48 hours of the project initiation. In such a scenario RCL Group would refund the amount for the project that has been paid till date.
  • For the services offered by RCL Group's marketing team on special occasions, no refunds are entertained.
  • No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms and Conditions section.
  • No refund policy is available for the services placed under same day delivery.
  • RCL Group is not liable to pay if delay or disruption of service occurs due to third party involvement.
  • We can provide a refund within 30 days from the date of installation of project in case any client is not completely satisfied. In such scenarios, administration fees and installation charges cannot be refunded.
  • After sending a refund request, please allow one business day to process your request. You should expect an email regarding your problem from our representatives with additional information and follow the recommendations mentioned.
  • On approval of a refund, allow one business day to process it. Money will be returned in the same form of currency used for the purchase. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of a payment gateway, refunds will be made to the same account.
